Clients remain solely responsible for their business decisions and outcomes.
3. Proposals, Fees & Payment
For group training services:
Pricing is determined based on group size, duration, customization level, and scope.
A written proposal will outline deliverables, scheduling, and fees.
Payment terms will be specified in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
Failure to remit payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
For group training:
Cancellation policies and rescheduling terms will be outlined in your customized proposal or agreement.
Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, frameworks, prompts, strategies, templates, and proprietary content provided by MB3 Solutions remain the exclusive intellectual property of MB3 Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participants may not:

Share externally
Sell
Modify for resale
any materials without prior written permission.
6. AI Tool Usage Disclaimer
During training sessions, participants may interact with third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other tools).
MB3 Solutions does not control how these external platforms store, process, or manage data entered into their systems.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that sensitive, confidential, or regulated data is handled appropriately when using third-party AI tools.
7. Confidentiality
MB3 Solutions respects client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose proprietary business information shared during sessions.
However, clients are responsible for safeguarding their own confidential or regulated data when participating in training or using third-party tools.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MB3 Solutions shall not be liable for:
Business decisions made as a result of coaching or training
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Technical issues related to third-party platforms
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
